Welcome to ApplyCH. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ApplyCH browser extension, related websites, applications, products and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by ApplyCH (“ApplyCH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By installing, accessing or using the Service—including any Free Tier—you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account and to keep it up‑to‑date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
ApplyCH offers two primary plans. Features, quotas and pricing may change from time to time; the current descriptions are available in‑product and on our website.

*Quotas reset at the start of each Subscription Period (see §4). Once you exhaust a quota, further requests in that period may be blocked unless you upgrade, purchase add‑ons (if offered) or wait until the next reset.

We may monitor usage and throttle, suspend or terminate accounts we believe violate these Terms or applicable law.
Subscription Period. By upgrading to the Pro Plan you purchase a recurring licence that renews automatically for the period you select (e.g. monthly or annual).
Billing Authorisation. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge subscription fees and applicable taxes to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
Auto‑Renewal. Fees for each renewal are charged at the then‑current non‑promotional rate unless we notify you of a change at least 14 days in advance.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Period; you will retain Pro features until then. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non‑refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds.
Free Trials & Promotions. Trial plans convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period.
We may add, modify or remove features, quotas or plan names; change prices; or discontinue the Service altogether. We will give reasonable notice (via the Service or email) of any material change that affects you. Your continued use after the notice takes effect constitutes acceptance.
We grant you a non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We (and our licensors) retain all title, interest and intellectual‑property rights in the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Analyses, cover letters and other content generated by ApplyCH are produced automatically based on the inputs you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality or suitability of any output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, editing or approving generated content before you rely on it.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to such processing, including transfer to and processing in countries outside your own.
We provide support via email at support@applych.com and/or in‑product chat during Swiss business hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. CET, Monday–Friday). Response times are not guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate your access (a) for breach of these Terms, (b) if required by law, or (c) if we discontinue the Service. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, we will not refund fees if we suspend or terminate the Service or your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and quotas or credits are forfeited.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties—express, implied or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyCH’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) CHF 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages.
You will indemnify and hold harmless ApplyCH and its affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute that we cannot resolve amicably within 30 days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer‑protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Electronic Communications. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will remain in force.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely.
Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any plan‑specific terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and ApplyCH regarding the Service.
